The Chicagoland Youth Basketball Networks (CYBN) have announced the launch of the summer shootings in June. Competitions are held at top-notch local basketball facilities, and teams are balanced to bring out the best in all players.
Empty seats are available youth basketball teams interested in the summer shootouts in June for the Prairie State Classic and Summer SlamFest. Games will take place over the weekend, with boys and girls junior teams from 3rd to 12th graders allowed to register for the tournament.
The Prairie State Classic will be held in Lisle on Saturday, June 18, 2022 with a $65 entry fee. The Summer SlamFest will have 2-game and 3-game shootout matches taking place on Saturday, June 25, 2022 and Sunday, June 26, 2022 in the Chicago Suburbs. The registration fee for the 2 game shootout match is $125 while the 3 game shootout match is $165.
CYBN has always strived to keep tournament costs affordable while maintaining the quality of gaming experience and player growth. All games in the Summer Shootouts are priced accordingly, giving teams a chance to take part in a high-profile event without having to pay an arm and a leg to enter the tournament.
CYBN has delivered on its promise to the game since the summer tournaments opened. The Shootout Games delivers a basketball competition this summer that will not only challenge the young players but also immerse the coaches and even parents in the spirit of the game. The shootouts will pair opposing teams to create the most competitive game possible, rather than teams simply playing games as CYBN recognizes the importance of building a successful team and athletes.

A representative from the Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network expressed excitement for the upcoming games, explaining that the young players can look forward to exciting and competitive games in the Summer Shootouts:
“Basketball is a high-intensity and competitive sport. Our summer basketball shootout games offer youth teams a unique opportunity to learn new and advanced basketball skills and strategy while having fun competing with other teams. For kids of all ages and every skill level, these basketball tournaments offer an excellent opportunity to experience the adrenaline rush and pressure of a professionally directed game.
He added that “Our tournaments cater to everyone, including coaches, participants and even parents. These camps focus on several aspects of the sport. They play a role in players’ physical and mental growth, while also serving as morale boosters. CYBN Summer Shootouts will allow young players to hone their skills and improve their game as basketball players, whether they need to develop a group or individual skills.

About Chicago Youth Basketball Network
The Chicago Youth Basketball Network (CYBN) is one of the most prominent and active in Chicago youth basketball organizations. They currently serve over 5000 teams and the number of registrations is growing every year. The organization helps many schools and other organizations save up to $250,000 annually. However, the increase in the number of teams signing up and those willing to sign up will have a positive impact on the sport. Although the Chicago Youth Basketball Network is not a tournament broker and does not invest capital in any basketball team, it offers school districts and municipalities the opportunity to rent courts at a discounted rate. The CYBN and its growing network of partners own several gyms in Chicago. The charges are 25% of what they are normally with the same facilities. That means organizations save money and keep gyms filled; a win for everyone.
